The parts and components are purchased almost from local suppliers, only the assembly are done in Ming Jong.
The IP CAM & PC CAM are assembled in no-dust workshop, two separated desks are specially for cleaning lens. Workers use anti-dust fabric dipped with absolute ethyl alcohol to clean the lens only from same direction. The lens testing is made by picturing on a white background to check if there is any stain on it. If there is, the lens should be rejected to reclean. If OK, send forward to final assembly. Then the second lens check should be made as the same way as first time to double check.
We make sure every CAM out of Ming Jong is in good quality.
We can produce PC camera 2200pcs/day and IP camera about 500-700pcs/day.
