PROPOSED LIMITED EXCLUSION ORDER
The Commission has previously found XXXCo. Ltd. ("Defaulting Respondent) in default for failing to respond to a Notice of
Investigation and a Complain tht alleged a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 190.
as amended (19 U.S.C. $ 1337), with respect to the unlawful importation and sale of certain pickup truck folding bed cover systems and components thereof by reason of infringement of
U.S. Patent Nos. 7.188.888 and 8.182.021 and infringement of United States Trademark Registration Nos. 5.204.393 and 3.904.016 . Having reviewed the record in this investigation, including the written submission of the parties, the Commission has made its determination on the issues of remedy.
