Like I said already, I am a commission agent with Ecowas Community Development Authority which has its Headquarters in Ghana, West Africa. It is an agency in charge of the execution of developmental projects for countries within the West African Sub- Region in Africa.

When you win this contract through my effort, my commission would be 2% of the total contract sum. Please note that I am very confident that you will win because I know how the system works and the right people to deal with including the chairman of the agency with whom I have worked successfully over the last couple of years.

CONTRACT DETAILS:

1. An initial upfront payment of 70% of the entire contract fund would be wired into your account with a follow up of the remaining 30% before shipment takes place.

2. The 70% upfront payment would be made three(3) days after the contract has been signed and legalized in the court of law as working document binding on all parties.

上面的中文是我翻译的，感觉他们的付款方式太好了，但是合同的第6条，我觉得这个是关键，需要交纳一笔注册费用，我已经发邮件回去了，看对方怎么回复，如果也是要$300，而且要在70%预付款打过来之前付，那十有八九就是骗子了，有回复了来跟大家说！
