账户在4月19号突然无原因被冻结,新账户,无关联,绩效没问题,产品也没问题,发起申诉后后台发邮件来要求提供相关资料,也就是二次审核的,

-- Sources of your Amazon inventory, include invoices from past 6 months
-- Storage location of inventory
-- Addresses of any retail locations
-- Link to business website
-- Links to other websites that you actively sell on
-- Tracking information for recently shipped orders if applicable, found on the Manage Orders page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2/list)
-- Tax ID or Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) Number
We will send you an email when our review is complete.
这其中要求供应商的发票没有,临时开了一张,日期在4月底,比listing创建的时间晚,在邮件中我也说明了原因是发票月底集中补开。邮件发过去后就收到如下通知了:
We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you may no longer sell on Amazon.com. Your listings have been removed from our site. For privacy reasons, we do not provide details about our investigation methods. We may not reply to further emails about this issue.
Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.
