Have you longed for the Chinese market and want to set up a new company in China?
What you need is only a passport! Let’s discuss below about the process and documents prepared.
Condition:
1.As a natural person:
No matter what type of visas you are holding,you could still utilize the passport for the company set-up.It is your visa effective date that matters if you need to get it notarized.
1)If the visa is less than 15 days ,you should have the passport notarized;
2)If the visa is over 15 days, you could just present the passport original.
2.As a Director(Owns a company already):
You would have two choices to either set up a company with the passport or the business license.
If the company is overseas,you would need to get it notarized first.
Steps:
1.Have an idea what business you want to do with your new company;
2.Find an office in Guangzhou and sign the contract;
3.Have the contract recorded by the Street Administration with the owner;
4.Find the supervisors for your company
5.Get the company name approval online
6.Submit all the documents to Industrial &Commercial Bureau
7.Receive the business license
8.Have the Company stamps craved and bank account open
Documents:
1.Passport/Business License(Approved and notarized by Chinese Embassy in your country)
2.Official chop if applicable
3.One copy of property certificate
4.One original office lease contract(Need to be recorded)
5.Registration form of office contract
6.The copy of the ID card or business license of the office owner,shall be covered stamp or signed
7.The passport copies of director and supervisor, shall be signed by holder
Processing time: One and half months
The proposed date mentioned below is only for reference. And the specific date is subject to the Government.
1.Company name approval notice(1 weeks)
2.Business license(2 weeks)
3.Carve Company stamps(2 days)
4.Open Bank account(At least 1 weeks)
Attention:
1. During the business license application, you might need to provide the passport original if required.
2. Once you get the business license,you should be prepared for the accounting.
3. Higher your education diploma is,longer period would your visa get issued.
