Re: Code of Practice Audit in Li & Fung supplier
As a valued supplier to Next you will have a copy of the Next Code of Practice, which outlines our commitment to operate, during the course of business in accordance with “Next Corporate Ethics”.
We rely on you to ensure that each factory manufacturing our product has a copy of the Code of Practice and conforms to it.
To assess the present standard, I would therefore like to visit your facility and agree a future strategy.
The relevant personnel required for this meeting are those people involved with:

This visit is to concentrate solely on Code of Practice and its requirements and is not a part of the supplier evaluation, which will be undertaken by the Technology Teams.
In order to facilitate the audit process, please ensure that the documents as listed in the attachment are in place during audit.

Supplier is advised to prepare the following documents and ensure that they are in place prior to COP audit. Records of at least 3 months prior to the audit shall also be available on-site.
