如何写好一封开发信？

做外贸已经两年了，但是对于怎么写好一封好的开发信，一直还在摸索中。总感觉每次听的看的案例都不一样，所以写的开发信也一直每个准，想请前辈没多给些宝贵的意见。
我们是一家生产称重传感器（用于电子秤以及相关测试设备）和电阻应变计的专业生产商，我们产品需要高精密的生产工序，产品精度越高越好。目前在行业中，属于中高端水平。

我没什么经验，入行以来一直写开发信，你的是不是貌似有点长了啊？呵呵...

看了你的开发信，和我们书本上讲的形式差不多，很完整，也很具体。
但就我个人观点，觉得好长，那别人看的时候会不会也有这种感觉呢。

过于生硬，这样的信函客户容易当作垃圾邮件。刚开始找一个与客户的记忆点，问下有什么需求计划；直接说明做哪种产品得。这样可能会比较吸引客户。

开发信中一般不要出现公司网站，不然很容易被列入垃圾邮件中。还有不要太长，一般三句话来概括就好了。据说老外浏览一封邮件的时间只有七八秒。

好像是有网址的会被屏蔽或者自动加入垃圾邮件，可是不给他网址他怎么看产品呢？
