有几个问题，求前辈，求高手，求指点！！！
1、客户要求合同争论的仲裁机构是他本国的国际商事仲裁法院-乌克兰基辅工业商会，并且合同将依照乌克兰立法解释，按照2000年国际贸易术语解释通则和1980年“关于国际商品买卖协议公约”
2客户要求包装必须保护货物在任何一方面的损坏直至他们按体积数量分开，但如果是他们自己过失造成的损坏怎么办？

5.2. All disputes concerning the contract shall be esteemed in International Commercial Arbitration Court at Trade – industrial chamber of Ukraine in Kyiv and shall also be esteemed in accordance with the Rules of procedure in the indicated court. The decree shall be final and binding upon both parties.
5.3. The contract shall be expounded according to the legislation of Ukraine. At the interpretation of the present contract the Rules “incoterms” 2000 and “Convention about the agreements of international sale and purchase of the goods”, signed in Vienna in 1980 are valid.
4.3. The Goods should be delivered in an export packing conforming to the nature of the Goods deliverable. The packaging should protect the goods from any kind of damages and corrosion while transporting them by sea, by rail and blended transport, with allowance of possible overloads on the way, and also long-term storage. The packaging should be adapted to load by cranes as well as to load manually, on dollies and power trucks, as far as it is permitted by volume of separate places.
Before packaging all treated parts of the goods are subjected to the conforming conservation ensuring preservation of the Goods from damage during haul and storage.
