I want to inform you that we have reserch your website and veiw your product items very well and we are ok with your product you have also I sent the product website to our Boss,
Today i got our Boards of management reply after i have forward your products to him. He have reveal it to me that your Products have been welcome and also approved for importation to our country market.
So am happy to tell you that they have given me go ahead for the Discussion and negotiation about the possibility for the items.
And he called for a meeting immedatelyfrom the head quater Abuja, and during there meeting, our Sales Director bring an advise that we should better visit your company with our 3 inspection delegates Executive,so that they could come and discuss the business face to face for more relationship in our business, because face to face
business is the best in doing business.
Now our Board of Directors have agreed on the opinion and they have selected those delegates that is going to make the business trip to your company.
So kindly go to your China foreign affairs bureau Government and make an Inquiry about applying of the invitation letter cos we have call the China Embassy here in Lagos Nigeria and they said we need the Official invitation letter from your Province Local Government foreign affair Department bureau.
Please kindly get back to us with the Requirement documents that you will need for applying of the invitation letter from your Local Government bureau.
