揭露被骗全过程之南非蜂蜜供应商

在无比气愤的情绪稍有缓和后的今天，我决定把我历时三个多月的受骗经历分享给大家，希望大家小心谨慎，不再上当受骗。
先曝光骗子公司及个人信息

下面这两个地址和信息是南非骗子提供的马来西亚合作伙伴的信息。因为得知南非蜂蜜无法进口中国之后，骗子便说他们马来西亚也有蜂蜜资源

以下时间线记录了我们磋商谈判达成合作的全过程
2018年12月25日，我在Tradekey上发布了蜂蜜的求购信息
2018年12月28日，收到来自南非骗子的邮件
2019年1月25日，我付了90美金到骗子南非公司，用于样品的寄送
2019年2月2日，收到南非寄来的样品，质量很好
2019年3月1日，与南非公司签订订货合同。（签订合同前对价格和付款方式进行了几轮的磋商，其实这中间我就觉得磋商起来非常轻松，很愉快地就达成了共识。付款方式20%预付，40%against documents, 40%货到付）
2019年3月4日，我们与商检部门确认南非蜂蜜没办法进口中国，南非骗子便表示他们在马来西亚有合作伙伴，有原产马来西亚蜂蜜，可以直接从马来西亚出口
2019年3月8日，与马来西亚公司签订订货合同
2019年3月12日，支付20%预付款
2019年3月15日，骗子发邮件说根据他们马来西亚公司要求，预付款需要增加到30%
直到现在，南非骗子基本不回复消息，不接电话。
谈判过程中感到不对劲的几点：
1. 磋商价格和付款方式基本2轮下来就谈妥了，十分顺利。
2. 确认与蜂蜜相关的理化指标和微生物指标时，有几项指标不符合要求，向骗子提出后，他很确定的说可以按照我们的要求
3. 确认南非蜂蜜不能进口后，南非骗子说马来西亚也有货源。但是我担心质量是否与之前寄送的一致，骗子很确定的说100%一致
4. 我们谈妥的贸易条款是FOB，签订合同后，便让我们货代联系马来西亚，与当地供应商取得联系，安排提货等事宜。但是我们货代一直不能与马来西亚取得联系，邮件不回，电话也打不通。
5. 签订合同后，我们要求派我们货代当地人员过去工厂参观拜访，可是遭到骗子拒绝。说公司规定，一定要等收到预付款，订单开始生产中，才能安排参观。
6. 预付款支付成功之后，骗子突然要求将预付款增加到30%。
后续：
由于订单迟迟无法提货，我便与Tradekey客服人员取得联系，把骗子公司信息发给客服，才得知这家公司已被他们列入黑名单，是骗子无疑。之后我急中生智，既然骗子想要30%预付款，我想到先把20%的预付款骗回来。就跟国外骗子这样解释：由于合同已提交给外汇管理局，收到外汇管理局监管，无法再继续支付10%的货款。需要先把20%的预付款打回来给我们，然后签订新的订单，才能重新支付30%的预付款给他们。国外居然同意了！！！！一直说在安排退款中，但是等了2个多星期，什么消息都没有，电话也不接，信息也不怎么回复了。。。
目前已把整个被骗经历反馈给Tradekey，不知道接下去情况会怎样。只希望各位同行千万不要再上当受骗，及时发现问题。

第一封邮件
Dear Sir/Madam
   Thank you very much for your inquiry in regards to purchase of Honey from our esteem Company.
Find Below Quotation

Price = USD $650/MT
Delivery = 10 - 18 Days Maximum for export
Payment Terms = Our payment terms are 30 TT upfront upon PI , 70%TT upon shipping documents
Packaging:  250kg bulk or As per client request
Samples available upon client request
Hope the above best meet your inquiry.
We look forward working with you to successfully complete this transaction.

Good day and thanks for your email back , we will be able to send you 1 KG of samples ASAP , freight charge will be $90 , please kindly provide full details for sample to be sent to , we can negotiate price and payment depends on quantity you order as well , so if you are able to go for 33 to 4 containers , we can make a discount and negotiate of terms of payments as well , but we shall trade of TT terms , attach company registration

Good day and thanks for email back , to confirm your questions , ,upon loading SGS will do all the control test for the 25kg stainless steel drums and goods then we shall as well send you the certificates ,we shall provide all the paper works for your costume clearance as listed for the 25kg stainless steel drums after SGS ,we shall also provide the certificate from producer to certify that the material of stainless steel is able to contact with food/honey for food safety , as for terms of payments ,We can go along with with 15% against invoice+60% against the copy of original documents +25% upon arrival after checking without problem. so kindly go ahead and send us your purchase order so we can proceed ahead with invoice , Lead time will be 18-22 days max , also production will be on time and shipment as well

We have agreed that every paper work will be given correctly and custom will not be a problem , the terms of payments will remain the same as we have agreed on contract , why should terms be changed ?our initial terms were 30% Upon invoice and 70% upon shipping documents , we change to 10% of the invoice value will be paid by T/T against invoice, 40% of the invoice value will be paid by T/T against copy of original documents before cargo arrival and the rest 50% will be paid by T/T after customs clearance finished and passed to the buyer . so lets maintain this terms as on contract , its all same

要求增加预付款的最后一封正式邮件
Hello Sir,
We are having a serious situation here,our supplier in Malaysia has turned down the order as it does not meet the agreed terms of their business offers.
Normally they only accept orders from 100 Tons and above and they require 30% down payments before packaging and loading, but after very lengthy conversations with the managing director of the procurement department i tried to convince them to start with a small order that that the orders will grow as the business move forward with future orders.
This evening they called me that the board has turned down the order and will return the funds to us or we top up the order and wire the balance payments of the proper deposit of 30%.
We have other options from other suppliers with goods terms but there prices are very expensive, and even with the stock we had here got sold out this week and we are still expecting stock in a few weeks to come.
Please get back asap so that we can both find a way to sort out the order and proceed with the shipment accordingly.

看到最后这封邮件，我就气到爆炸。明明之前已经确认好提货日期，现在又临时出现这种状况，就觉得有点不对劲了。
下面是我的回复：
I really believe it is a golden chance for both of our two companies to start this business but I don't know why it went through such much difficulties and troubles !I have been in business for more than 10 years and never met this !!!
This is really ridiculous situation which we can't absolutely be accepted ,Nicole and you had all the record of conversation about this  business opportunities and negotiation .
You have already agreed with all the terms ,and now you just rejected them and told us that  the board has turned down all ???Is this the first time you have been in business transaction ??? How did you say yes to us and agreed with us all the term ??and how did you sign and seal the contract at the firt place and now you told us that your board rejected it ??/This doesn't make any sense at all .
and the most important thing is that the contract has been confirmed and submitted to our bank and CCB already ,it can't be changed at all !! and also payment normally take 2-3 days ,today it Friday , we agreed to you that the product can be delievered to the port after 22nd  has been already the latest date we can allow ,since we also sign one contract with our customer that the cargo should arrive in Xiamen port not later than 15th April ,or we need to compensate quite a lot !! So pls be serious to talk with your board and take the responsibility on your own  ,What you have agreed and acted totally represent your company , pls don't tell us that they don't know anything about it after we made the down payment to you ! Let us move forward with this order ,we will follow your payment policy for the next order !
