大家好，我是江苏验货员 jackson, 我最近整理了些报告中常用的备注格式，分享给大家。希望能对你们有用。
1.数量
1.Upon arrival, the factory only provided _pcs products(_%) packed into outer cartons for inspection, and_pcs(_%) were finished but not packed into outer cartons, while others were still under production. Factory claimed that they would finish all package before Jan 22th.
主要提到到达工厂时候，工厂完成包装的数量，产品生产完成但未包装数量以及产品未完成数量。最后告诉客人工厂最晚完成包装是在什么时候，方便客户安排船期等。
2.Upon arrival,100% of products had finished and 80% products had packed into outer cartons.Total 12000pcs would shipment instead of 10000pcs ordered.
一些工厂满足货物100%生产完成，80%包装，但是最后总量不满足订单要求，需要备注出来。一些客人可能不符合订单量该批货不要或要求工厂打折。
3.Upon arrival, only _ pieces (_%, _ cartons, eg. 30%) of the goods were finished packing for our inspection. The inspection was performed by the client’s/supplier’s requirement.
数量或包装达不到100%完成，80%验货，但是客户仍需要求验货。
2.包装
1. _cartons(_%) were found damaged at warehouse during sampling for Inspection,but they not replaced with good ones after requested,refer to below photos for details.
有时候发现仓库有破损的箱体，但不影响产品质量，要求工厂更换包装,拍示例图片。
2. _1_ pieces/sets were packed in one master carton instead of _10_ pieces/sets that required on the specification/ order sheet.
纸箱内包装数量不符合订单要求的。
3. No silica gel bag was found for each unit product while “each unit product should be packed with a silica gel bag” was required on the P. O. sheet.
按照要求单个包装内没有放干燥剂的。
4. The master carton was found brown color instead of white color that required by the client.
包装箱颜色和客户要求不一致的。
5. Actual found XX on main mark/side mark/gift box/polybag not confirmed to spec from client,refer to below photos for details.
核对箱唛/彩盒/包装袋等资料，错误的标出具体是哪边不符合。
6. The main mark and side mark were fond up-side-down position to the client requirement.
主唛和侧唛位置颠倒的。
7. No carton label was available during the inspection time, but the manufacturer claimed that they would stick it on before the shipment.
有些箱子验货时候发现没有箱贴，工厂在发货前会统一贴上去的。
8. The shipping mark printing was smear; the data filled on the information blanks could not be verified clearly.
唛头信息不清晰的，数据不能识别。
9. Wrong bar code information _ was found printed on the gift box instead of _ that stated on the order sheet.
核对资料，条码信息错误的。
10. Outer cartons were found _ cm empty space(partially filled carton),refer to below photos for details.
开箱发现不满要测量空余高度，箱体堆叠会不会压垮。
11. Outer cartons were found to full that easily to exposed, refer to below photos for details.
纸箱过满膨胀容易爆开，大多客户不会接受这样的包装，需要拍照备注。
12. No cutting protection was found on both top and bottom of outer cartons.
正常装箱需要有天地盖板，以防开箱时候划破产品或内包装。
13. No recycle logo and warning test was found on polybag which was required on PO,refer to below photo for detail.
发现PP袋上没有回收标识和安全警示语（一般要求开口大于17cm的PP袋必须有）。
14. No air hole was found on polybag which was required on PO.
非真空包装的PP袋要求气孔。
15. Actual found carton(gift box) size/weight was _ that beyond +/-5 tolerance of _ on spec/side mark.
测量外箱或彩尺寸重量是否符合要求，一般公差5%。
16. All inspected outer cartons and gift boxes were found damp odour.
纸箱和内盒注意有没有霉味。
17. The polybag opening was not sealed with gummed tape.
PP袋包装没有封口的。
3.产品
1. Actual found _pcs(_% of sampling products) were found __,which caused by xx.
发现批量问题需要具体百分比，写明造成原因。（最好写上合理解决方案供客户参考）。
2. All the inspected samples were found with _ (eg. Fold mark /winkle mark/scratch mark/glue stain) at _ and considered as defective.
所有产品上存在统一的问题点，站在客户角度认为是一种瑕疵。
3. _pcs out of _pcs(_%) were found noticeable wrinkle on side seam,refer to below photo for details.
不容易返工的批量问题，直接写清楚占的比例。
4. Actual found product size/weight was_ not confirmed to _ordered on spec.
产品的尺寸重量与要求是否相符。
5. The sleeve length(M size) on measurement chart was 65cm(+2/-1cm),but measured 58cm actually.
服装尺寸测量比较多，差的特别大的尺寸需要特别列出来备注。
6. Some unusual odour was found from the inspected samples,one sample as sealed by XX label and left at factory.Refer to below photos for sealed sample.
刺鼻气味的产品不能通过展品展示，需要封样，如果客户有要求还需寄给客户，拍照留底。
7. The hang tag/manual/care label/xx of inspected samples was same as approval sample,but it was different from the PO information,refer to below photos for details.
核对资料发现产品上不同的地方备注出来并和样品对比是否一致。
8. 95% cotton/5% acrylic was stated in care label artwork;but 80% cotton/20% acrylic was found actually,refer to below photos for details.
服装的洗标成分要特别注意，不同的配比需要列出来。
9. _ lot shades were found from piece to piece / set to set within these shipment goods. One (_ %) was close to the submitted sample, the other (_ %) was slightly /obviously lighter/darker than the submitted sample with gray scale _.
主要是大货里面存在色差不对，和样品对比，描述相差状态。
10. About ___% of inspected goods was found the textile/fabric hair on opposite direction compare with conformity sample and the color was slightly darker than the conformity sample.
对比样品，大货内有多少颜色比样品深的。
4.测试
1. _pcs(in one carton) were found lamp holder broken after carton drop test,refer to below photos for details.
摔箱检查内部的产品是否有损坏或变形。
2. Factory refused to inspector take carton drop test due products made by bottle and easily to broken.
有些工厂拒绝做摔箱测试，写明原因。
3. _pcs out of _pcs(_%) were found that the CD players were malfunction after running test 4 hours at maximum volume.
产品测试不通过率要写出来，在什么测试的操作状态下测试不通过。
4. No Hi-pot tester/metal defector was provided for Hi-pot test/metal defection test during inspection.
不能提供测试的原因。
5. The factory refused to open pump for internal check.
工厂直接拒绝的检查或测试。
6. For high voltage check: One piece failed high voltage check due to inner wire insulation damage:We found that there was flash from the guide hole inside the lamp shade which cut the fiber sleeving and wire insulation that caused the Hi-pot failure.
电器类测试失败示例，高压测试失败：失败的数量及造成的原因分析。
7. No approval sample in _ was submitted for comparison.
没有样品提供对比的。
8. By compared approval sample,actual found green mouth on the bulk not confirmed to red mouth on the sample,refer to below photos for details.
对比样品，发现大货的不同点需要写清楚，拍照对比。
9. Approval sample was provided for inspection,after used for visual and internal construction comparison with the inspected samples ,it was re-sealed by xx label and left at factory,refer to below photos for details.
对比样品后，封回原样。
