急，现有美国客人需求类似搪瓷（珐琅）类的玩具床！

客人说不是钢铁的，也不是铝的，而是类似搪瓷（珐琅）类的，每件成品的重量在3KG左右吧，具体要求如下，
22 inches long
14 inches wide
head and footboards 17 inches high
the lowest bunk is 5 inches off the ground
the upper bunk is 12 1/2 inches off the ground.
It is made of a tubular type material, not steel or aluminum painted to and high gloss, maybe enameled.
The feet and everything has smooth finish so as with little plastic inserts on the feet.
The bed assembles, by male ends on the bunk racks with downward tips, fitting into female ends on the inside of the bed.
Bed is lightweight 6 lbs 3 oz with all bedding packed into its box.
