Dear Sir,
We are glad to read from you and we appreciate your efforts towards the re-construction of Iraq .
However, you should note that this is an invitation from the Ministry of Finance & National Economy to embark on various supplies contract with the Iraq Government thus in other for your company to be awarded the contract to supply any items which is needed, your company must adhere to all instructions pertaining to the contract supply and also complete the contract registration in other to secure your company on any particular supply for the Iraq Government.
We also have the intention to work with only registered company with the Ministry of Finance as this is based on the fact to work with serious and capable company.
Please note that registration is handled by the Ministry Legal Associates in the United Kingdom .
However, after completion of your registration, the Islamic Bank of Iraq would be contacted to release full payment to your company in advance.
Kindly find below the items needed urgently:

c. 10,000 units of fire extinguishers
d. 15,000 units of hospital beds (electric type)
e. 20,000 units of wall air conditioners (including split Units)

g. 200,000 bags of short grain rice in 50kg bag size
h. 50,000 Units of Water dispensers
i. 200,000 bags of Salt in 20kg bag Size
200,000 bags of Sugar in 20kg bag Size
j. 5,000 sets of 20 搃nc?cctv monitors
k. Building Supplies
l. Steel beam (Sizes will be given)
m.stainless steel wire mesh(all sizes)
Note that you should only select only one or two items that you can effectively supply.
Fund is released in advance by wire transfer after obtaining your contractor's registration certificate.
