这个买家的ID是10*ricochet,我非常确信他是个勒索老手,请将他的名字放进黑名单,以免其它卖家上当受骗。
以下是我在6天内成功移除这个负评的经过,希望能够各位卖家信心和鼓舞。
经过多方写信给香港eBay客服以及跟这个买家沟通无果之后,昨天(1月16日)我同时写信给这个买家和澳洲eBay。信件全文如下:
给买家的信:
I never fear your threat, I just tolerate you previously, but obviously you mistakenly judged my behavior and thought you can exploit more from me, no way!!!!!!
I tomorrow will submit this issue along with your emails to eBay, because you keep pressuring me to provide you a carry bag that was not included in our original product description, so you have already violated eBay’s Feedback extortion rule: A buyer threatens to leave negative or neutral Feedback, or low detailed seller ratings (DSRs) for you unless you provide goods or services not included in your original listing. Besides, you said in your email: “whith my previousy identity we are customers of ebay for few years,..” I will ask eBay to check what your previous identity was, and why you use a new identity. This is because you have committed feedback extortion to other sellers before.
Moreover, I will report to the police in your community as well as inform your town fellows and neighbors about your fraud according to your delivery address and cellphone number, I have stayed in Australia for several years, I know how to do, I will let the police check whether Marc Nolan is your true name, whether you are a professional swindler!

Shortly after I registered eBay in last December, an Australian buyer (ID: 10*ricochet) bought a **** from me. After receiving the product, he had many complaints, which I believe they are just excuses. He first said the product was second-hand, then he said the product must have a carry bag, we never said it comes with a carry bag in our product description, and soon after he said the remote control is not good…he said in his email: "im waiting for your aunwser about de carry bag, before give you me feedback, on international ebay." But I patiently explain to him that we have never said the product comes with the bag, he immediately gave me a negative feedback. I wrote to HK eBay, the customerservice staff asked me to contact you, because the buyer registered in Australian Station. Since he kept pressuring me to provide a carry bag, which was not included in our original product description, I believe he has violated eBay’s

I have communicated with the buyer, my email is in red below:
Hi, do you mean if I deliver you a carry bag free of charge, you will revise the negative feedback and give me a positive feedback?
And his reply is in red below:
hi,we have bay previously others DVD's on line, and all caming wiht carry back,that is way they'are portable,(not to carry,under the arms)and for your information, whith my previousy identity we are customers of ebay for few years,so YES if you send me the carry back of the DVD free, as should be on the first time,Ill reverse my feed back

Besides, please carefully investigate these words in his email above: “
whith my previousy identity we are customers of ebay for few years,..
” Could you please check his previous identity to see why he used a new identity? Is it possible that he committed feedback extortion to other sellers before?
Moreover, in addition to this email from him, you may also check his other emails in his or my messages box, then you can see from the startling and rampant misspells in his emails that this buyer is a very careless, hasty and absented-minded person, therefore can such person's judgment and words be trustworthy?

想不到今天上午就收到澳洲eBay的回信,说经过查看,确认我是一个very dedicated member,并认同买家这种行为属于feedback extortion,因此将我的负评立即移除了!!!我刷新了一下页面,这个-1确实消失了!!
澳洲eBay的办事效率真高,而且比香港eBay友善一百倍。这使我想起了多年前从悉尼乘中国国际航空公司的飞机回国的经历,当时行李超重,国航的中方人员无论如何不肯通融,态度始终非常强硬和恶劣,反而是澳方的人员偷偷把手一挥,让我过去。
我虽然是eBay的新手,但做外贸已经有几年了,而且之前一直用国际贝宝收款,从未出现任何纠纷,不知道这是否对我的信用有正面的作用?希望熟悉者能回答一下。谢谢。
