今年上半年跟这个西班牙无赖公司做了几单货,钱被骗了到现在都拿不回来,大家警惕不要再被骗了!
下面是这个骗子公司的公司名,地址,联系电话(这四个抬头都是这个骗子公司的公司名),

事情是这样的,今年我们给这个客人做了20多个款的推销样,总共几百件样衣。谈好而且再三确认好是要收1.5倍的销售样费用,因为这个客人订单是咪咪小的,结果样衣快递寄出去以后,过了好一阵子去催他们销售样付款的时候,他们来说只能付我们1.2倍的销售样费用。理由大家见下面邮件:
For all of these SMS, my manager has said again that maximumly we could play is 20% more. this year all of the SMS are without printing, Last year, the collectin nis with printing. and this year is very easy to make them. So plus the business is going very bad now. and we also have orders doing in your factory, we are no more just asking inquiry from your side, So we need your support also.Pls. kindly check and admend your invoice.

I just have talked with my boss on Skype about this issue, Sorry that we can't agree on 50%more surchage. Giving a 20% surcharge you should already feel very good now. I have talked with you very clearly that this year the situation is very very bad. and you should have know how easy to make this few collection. If you won't do these collection, just simply tell us before, then we could swith to any other supplier easily without any problem, Moreover, our regular supplier never charge us the Extra charge. I know you are also working your best to deal with our stuff. So that's why we are counting on the general fact and understanding to you as the factory, so we are asking a mutual support for 20% extra. This is very fair for both of us.. If you are talking to the double confirm matter. PLs. check on your own factory before you said this, someitmes, your fty also double confirm us the matter, but finally you didn't archeive it, so how to talk about this??
Business is a mutual understanding and supporting as i have told you many this, Without this, is very dificult ot go.. No matter for whom.

因为出货前都是再三确认的,出货以后碰到这样的问题我们也很无奈,只能答应,否则一分钱都拿不回来,本来大家也知道做销售样都是贴钱的。(注意上面的邮件里他们会说付1.2倍我们应该很欣慰了)
然而后面更惊奇的是,钱怎么也催不回来,一两个月以后收到了下面这样的邮件。。。

Coz right now the spanish government is controling very strictly every transfer. Which means the invoice receive the money TT out should be corresponded.. Ususally, our regular suppllier they just collect the full SMS payment when we come to visit their booth. Which will be not any problem. But if you insist on so much.. then we could only pay you the invoice value first, and the rest by cash to your booth.

好吧,我们销售样都是按照他们的要求寄快递出去的,报关金额也是按他们说的去报的,催了2个月的销售样费用,又来这么一出,说只能按照我们快递报关金额付款给我们。(我们销售样总金额4000多美金,报关金额只有区区的1200美金)。没办法,碰到这样的客人,算是看清他们真面目了,就是找借口拖货款。这个时候开始后悔为什么当时那么相信客人(当时我们查过这个无赖公司的信用记录,显示是好的),没有像其他人一样先收钱再出货,还有一个原因也是因为有大货在做且面料也投下去了,虽然咪咪小!这个客人这么出尔反尔,现在我们开始担心一分钱都拿不回来,于是权宜之计就跟客人说,那就按你说的,先付1200美金吧,其余的,等你来广交会的时候,再人民币给我。 不过这个时候我们已经隐约觉得这个客人不能再继续相信他了,大货出货我们也就特别小心了。
结果好家伙,最近看广交会最近开始了,去问客人销售样的钱什么时候可以付给我们(一分钱都还没拿到),无赖公司的二老板发来这么一封邮件:
Is this any kind of joke?....you didn´t send us the last bulk set and you didn´t answer our last e-mails about that booking. Therefore, we are not going to pay any single cent to you.
Please record it and keep away from our business

推销样的事情到这里算是告一段落了,这个钱基本上是拿不回来了。
另外还有一个事情也让人很担心,就是大货过程中,先是确认样衣的时候遇到了一个严重的问题,其中一个开衫款,没有纽扣的。我们产前样顺利确认掉了,等寄船样的时候,换了一个看板的人看样衣给意见。不知道这个看样衣的人不专业还是无理取闹,确认样衣的时候她就是死活要把我这个没纽扣的衣服门襟叠进去很多,整件衣服皱在那里,这样去量胸围,然后意见过来说我们胸围小了9cm,不接受。天那,我们工艺一点都没动,都是按照产前样确认的去做的,而且先前客人也没说要叠进去量。然后我邮件问她要叠进去多少量,她又说不出来。。。我们怎么沟通他们都不肯确认样衣,且要求我们重新做一批大货且赔空运。但是我即使再做100次样衣,按照他们的尺寸表,我衣服做出来也是这样的。
还有一个更让人更哭笑不得的,除了刚才他们无理取闹要我们赔空运的那个款,另外一批海运出去的货,快到港口了,从骗子公司小老板那收到这么一封邮件:
We're on Sept 20th., and we still do not know if you'll send the pending goods or if we'll have to cancel them.
As I told you already, we think this is a total lack of trust in us and in our company as all those goods should have been here in Madrid on early sept.
We accepted the goods under PO 16050 to be shipped even knowing that the quality of the production wasn't good but, seeing the situation and having in account the lack of trust and the lack of professionalism from your side, the only remaining solution we have so as to accept and custom clear the shipment is that you apply a 50% discount on the total amount of the invoice. Because at this date, and appart from the defects on production, we do not know if our customers will accept the goods.
We think that your way of working is not acceptable, but we would appreciate that you reply urgently to our request so as we can know what to do the soonest possible.

上面这封邮件我解释一下,Pending goods是指前面无理取闹且要我们赔空运的那个款。这批海运的货船样都确认没问题,大货质量也是我们自己QC查过确保没问题才出货的。现在他们货都没收到,说我们的货质量有问题。很明显就想赖钱的。
因为这批海运的货我们是做信用证出去的,一方面我们不想再退让了,另外一方面我们又很担心这个无赖公司会不去赎单提货,如果这样那我们损失实在太大了。所以那阵子好几个晚上都睡不着觉。我估计客人也是看准我们会担心他整批货都不要,所以口气很强硬。但是我现在堵的就是这口气,就算我整批货现在拉回来,也不要再让这个无赖公司再占便宜。好在过了一阵子这个货还是被提走了。然后我们马上跟银行确认,银行也确认收到钱了。真是不幸中的大幸。
当然我们损失了一笔推销样的钱,还有一个款吃了库存。总共损失大约八九万人民币。关键这批咪咪小的单子花费了我们大量的精力,因为实在太难沟通,而且动不动威胁取消订单,另外一方面出尔反尔不守信用。本来不想接这批小单子,但是他们国内办事处说只是今年单子特别小,往年都还好。我们也是考虑等一两年等国外经济好转的时候,能多合作一点。熟料这真是一场噩梦!
现在把这件事情公布出来,也是想给外贸同行提个醒,以后碰到这家无赖公司,一定要警惕!如果真想做,最好是预付款打过来再做。但是也有可能无理取闹要你折扣,或者大货中故意样衣不确认让你赔折扣!做销售样一定要先全款收汇,再做货和出货!!!
