一个呕吐的客户+一个发指的竞争对手
本人做外贸一年有余,近日遇到一个让我哭笑不得得的事情,且容我慢慢道来。
某日,无意中在网上碰到一个一英国客户(暂且称其为客户)。在第一封商务函后,该客户要了我的MSN,并家我为其好友。因为本人对产品比较了解,再加上我们的产品在价格和质量、外观上都比较有优势,所以我们很快就聊得很投机,且告诉我,广交会他要来,想见见我,并问我是否带Nice Lady 去,因为是第一次聊天,没有多大在意。
次日早上:偶然接到无锡某外贸公司电话,说是英国某公司的Agent,并有了很好的交流。当天下午,该英国客户给我发了一封邮件,是转发给我的某外贸公司的邮件,内容如下:
Dear Mr. ***,
Thank you for your email yesterday.
Please do not trust that **** any more and I would not visit their factory.
Their manager calls to me this morning and I find several problems in his words.
1.) ****
They purchase this petrol engine from small engine factory with no guarantee.
If they promise you CE approval, that CE is FORGED. Or they probably supply CE certificate
from other big engine manufacturing factory. But acturally engine is from unknown small factory.
2.) their manager recommends to use Petrol engine of Genuine CE from big manufacturing factory
with additional cost of **** or similar, which means their price could reach USD****
3.) Their manager gave me RMB price yesterday morning through his phonecall. I sent him a fax
yesterday afternoon and asked him doulbe confirm his quotation by return fax.
He rejects his quotation (yesterday) immediately today and requires an increase of 4%.
So I suggest you not deal with them.
所有的所谓罪状,均为捏造,晕!!!
当日下午:该客户继续跟我聊,说他一定要在广州跟我见见面,并再次提到Nice Lady,因为是第二此提到,我就装聋偷哑的问What’s your mean,他答:I need different Chinese nice lady everytonight,hope you can offer us,我答:We’redo business sir,so we just can offer you nice products,他答:But Mr.Lee (前面提到的某外贸公司业务员)can offer us everytime
倒!这是在做生意吗?呕吐+发指!!!!!
我很想在这边公布出该业务员和该所谓的客户名字和联系方式,但理智告诉我,不能这样做!有需要跟我一起痛斥他们的,请跟我联系!
