declaration of conformity 急求样本

各位大神 帮帮忙了
有批货去克罗地亚，属于欧洲。 客人从没有提过要我们提供declaration of conformity， 我们也没有CE认证。
请问有没有做过的， 有没有模板告知下。
我们做玻璃瓶出口的。

这种也分很多吧，因为我们做过去突尼斯和意大利的好像有要求这个证书，有的要求了固定格式，就是指定了要符合什么什么标准，有的就没有，供应商自己出的

DOC是自我声明，模版没有固定限制要求，可以自己排版签发出具的，可以加我给你发模版

DOC是一个申明没错，但是这个也是建立在CE认证的基础上，因为申明也涉及产品的一些标准，一般都要求有CE之后再出一个申明，大多数只有一个申明，难以清关
