新手新账号刚发布一个产品就给删除并暂停求高手谢谢
新刚注册的 一个EBAY账号用信用卡认证（扣10美金） PAYPAL也是同一张信用卡认证给（扣1.95美金） 昨天刚刊登一个产品 不到一个小时就给删除并且暂停了账号，发还了份邮件我是半天没看明白原因，求大神/大哥/大姐指点下面是邮件内容：
