wish店铺上传了Bunch O Balloon水气球被告，账号还在该不该发货
如题，我上传了产品半年一个订单都没出，我不知道这个产品侵权。前天突然被告了，罚款488美金

理由: You have been named as a defendant in a lawsuit brought by Creative Impact Inc., Zuru LLC, and Zuru Inc., owners of the BUNCH O BALLOONS trademark, in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Pursuant to an order entered in that lawsuit, Wish has been ordered to freeze your merchant account, meaning that it will not be able to disburse funds that would otherwise be paid to you. In addition, the order allows Creative Impact and Zuru to suspend your merchant store (meaning that you would not be able to post products for sale on the Wish trading platform); however, as of now your store is still allowed to continue sales of products not part of the lawsuit or related to the BUNCH O BALLOONS trademark. If you wish to try to challenge this ruling you might consider contacting Creative Impact and Zuru’s lawyers, Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig, email bobtm@dbllawyers.com. You might also consider obtaining legal counsel to represent you in this lawsuit. If you fail to appear in the lawsuit, counsel for Creative Impact and Zuru might obtain a default judgment against you, and Wish might then be ordered to transfer all money in your merchant account to Creative Impact and Zuru. Upon your request, we are happy to provide you with a list of lawyers who have represented other merchants in similar lawsuits in the past.
想求助，有没有同样做wish的人在这个产品上面栽跟头，我现在该怎么办，店铺还在正常出单，但是我已经没有再发货。
我店铺里有2660美金，我发货以后是不是也不能拿回剩下的货款，他们罚款以后就完事了吗？还是会继续关我店铺，冻结资金，请大神给我指点一下。
