ABCCorporation and its Retail Dealers shall be named as additional insured on the vendor’s insurance policies, excluding workers compensation. Insurance must be written with a carrier with an A.M. Best Key Rating of at least an A- . Should any of these policies be canceled, vendor will provide ABC Corporation 30 days written notice of the cancellation.

产品责任险责任限额财产损失和人身伤害单次各100万美金,年累计200万美金,额外的共用的责任限额200万美金,要求把采购商添加为附加被保险人,对保险公司财务评级要求A-以上,保险公司取消保单,提前30天通知客户.

保单限额区区USD4M，其实没有必要用到Excess，更没必要Umbrella，这USD4M属于primary layer,对于很多直保公司，一家承保就够了。

确实用不到，不过国外进口商好多就把要求这么写合同里~估计也是没空详细了解。
