In the case of non-observance of above mentioned conditions on registration Certificate about action of the force majeur or terms of the notice or granting of the Certificate, Parties agreed that no circumstances will not be considered, as force majeur and obligations of the Parties on present Contract can not be canceled or limited by some way. 11.4. If these circumstances will continue more than 60 (sixty) calendar days, each of Parties will be have a right to refuse the further performance of obligations under the present Contract and in this case no one of the Parties will have the right to require from other Party the compensation for the damages. In this case the present Contract may be canceled and Parties must make mutual account on obligations, which were made actually. |
